Return Policy

Eagle Security Products will replace any defective item.
There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items.

Please call us or email us at sales@besafeandsecure.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and a shipping address to send the item for replacement or credit.  The RMA# must be written on the outside of the box.  A note must be placed inside the box with your name, address and RMA#, with an explanation of the problem.  Returns received without a note inside will result in a longer processing time.

NO RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA#.

Once a return is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process the request.  Replacements will be sent out once the return is processed.  Refunds will be issued to you in the form of a credit that is to be used on your next order.  We will email you once the return has been processed to inform you of the status of the return.  Eagle Security Products does not pay for shipping on returned items.


 




 



Before ordering, please check with all your local and state laws, as our information may not be current due to changes with local and state codes.  It is the responsibility of the buyer and not Eagle Security Products to ascertain and obey all applicable laws in regard to the possession and use of our products. Absolutely NO sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that all products purchased will be used lawfully and that he/she is of legal age.
