1. Are my payments secure?
Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment with SSL encryption technology to ensure that only we see your private information. Your information will absolutely NOT be shared with anyone or any company. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information.
2. Are my product purchases guaranteed?
YES. All of your product purchases come with a full satisfaction guarantee. Please see our "Return Policy" page for more information.
3. How long until I receive my order?
Depending on the shipping method you chose, anywhere from 2 to 10 days. Note: If your order is paid with a personal check by mail, we will ship your order once your check is received and cleared by the bank.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard), as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders may take longer depending on the postal service and bank clearance. As well, Online Check orders will be processed when the check transaction clears.
5. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.
6. What are your normal business hours?
Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. As we are not always available by phone, you may either leave a voice message, or contact us by email at sales@besafeandsecure.com.
7. Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer any gift cards. However, we have product specials that change weekly and may be accessed by clicking on the "Specials" button on our home page. There are also periodic promotionals that are available to all who have requested and received our Free Catalog, as well as special promotionals available only to those who have opt'd to be included on our emailing list.
